Abstract

"MéTODOS PARA FAZER ARTIGOS ABSORVENTES COMBAINHAS DE PERNA E PEçAS DE CINTURA SEPARADAS". Ainvenção refere-se a métodos de fabricação de artigosabsorventes. Em um método da invenção, um forro do lado docorpo, um núcleo absorvente e um revestimento externo sãounidos para formar um tubo de trama de artigo absorvente.Recortes de perna são cortados em lados opostos do tubo detrama, e uma abertura de cintura é cortada em uma região centraldo tubo de trama. Adesivo é aplicado a um dentre (i) um material depeça de cintura e (ii) o tubo de trama em torno da abertura decintura; e também a um dentre (iii) material de bainha de pernaextensível e (iv) o tubo de trama adjacente aos recortes de perna.Uma peça de cintura é cortada a partir do material de peça decintura, e é colocada sobre a abertura de cintura e presa ao tubode trama.
