Abstract
Patentes de Inveção: <B>"METODO PARA O ENDURECIMENTO DOS EIXOS DOS CAMES E INDUTOR LINEAR PARA A EXECUçãO DO PROCESSO"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um método para o endurecimento de eixo de cames, onde os cames (5a, 5b,5c) do eixo de cames (4,12-17) são endurecidos simultaneamente em grupos durante a rotação do eixo do cames (4,12-17), e onde um grupo (5,18,19,20) é aquecido por meio de indução, enquanto a área do eixo de cames (4) que não é para ser endurecida e que está e contato com o dito grupo(5,18,19,20) é protegida do aquecimento por um dispositivo de resfriamento. De acordo com a invenção, o dito método é caracterizado pelo fato de que os grupos (5,18,19,20) dos cames (5a,5b,5c) a serem endurecidos são simultaneamente endurecidos por meio de um indutor linear (I), pelo fato de que os cames (5a,5b,5c) são primeiro aquecidos em pelo menos um intervalo de tempo (A,C) em baixa potência (L1) e depois aquecidos em alta potência (L2) em um outro intervalo de tempo (E), e pelo fato de que os ditos intervalos de tempo (A,C,E) são separados um do outro uma pausa (B,D), durante a qual nenhuma potência é fornecida .
