Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PERFURANTE DE TESTE ANALìTICO PARA MANIPULAçãO HIGIêNICA E LIVRE DE RISCOS DE SOLUçõES DE AMOSTRAS PERIGOSAS, E, PROCESSO PARA REALIZAçãO DE UMA ANáLISE HIGIêNICA E ISENTA DE RISCO MEDIANTE A UTILIZAçãO DO DITO DISPOSITIVO" A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo perfurante para testes de análises para manipulação higiênica e isenta de risco de soluções de amostras perigosas. O dispositivo é produzido de um material duro e elástico, e o mesmo é capaz de penetrar um recipiente de amostragem ou a rolha do mesmo. O dispositivo compreende uma parte de ponta aguçada (1) afiada e uma parte de empunhadura (2). A parte de ponta (1) circunda uma abertura (3), que é conformada para incorporar uma vareta de teste (4) sendo adicionalmente dotada de um orifício (5) que continua formando um recesso (6). A abertura e o recesso facilitam uma absorção aperfeiçoada da solução de amostra para o interior da vareta de teste. A parte de empunhadura (2) é provida de duas paredes de alça (7) ligadas por uma parede traseira (8) preferenialmente conformada suportando a vareta de teste, que pode ser conformada como um nicho. As paredes de alça podem ser providas de dispositivos aperfeiçoadores de empunhadura (10). Após a perfuração, a zona de umedecimento (a) da vareta de teste (4) fica disposta no interior do recipiente de amostragem, ao passo que a zona de leitura (c) da vareta de teste na parte de empunhadura (2) fica protuberante do recipiente de amostragem. é igualmente descrito um processo para realização de uma análise higiênica e isenta de risco pelo referido dispositivo.
