Abstract
"FORMATOS DE SINAL, DE PREâMBULO E DE CAMPO DE DADOS PARA UTILIZAçãO NA TRANSMISSãO DE UMA SOLICITAçãO DE ACESSO ALEATóRIO NUM SISTEMA DE COMUNICAçõES MóVEIS, E, PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA UTILIZAçãO NA CRIAçãO DE UM PACOTE DE ACESSO ALEATóRIO NUM SISTEMA DE COMUNICAçõES MóVEIS" é revelado um processo que atribui para cada setor numa célula um código de dispersão de preâmbulo único (106) e um código longo único (116) que é concatenado com um código curto associado com uma assinatura (112) para dispersar os dados no campo de dados (120). O período selecionado para o código longo (116) pode ter uma duração relativamente longa (por exemplo, com uma extensão de até mesmo horas ou dias). As larguras dos intervalos de tempo de transmissão são definidas para serem idênticas à extensão dos preâmbulos (108). Conseq³entemente, as solicitações de acesso aleatório da estação móvel (20,22,24) podem ser temporizadas para terem início no começo dos intervalos, e serem detectadas durante os períodos de preâmbulo pelo filtro comparativo no receptor de acesso aleatório da estação de base. O campo de dados (120) da solicitação de acesso aleatório da estação móvel (20,22,24) é transmitido nos intervalos subsequentes aos preâmbulo (108) e recebido pelo receptor de captação na estação de base. Assim, o rendimento e eficiência das comunicações de um sistema de acesso randómico usando o presente processo são substancialmente maiores que o rendimento e eficiência dos sistema de acesso randómico anteriores. Adicionalmente, o comprimento do campo de dados não é restrito. O processo de dispersão concatenada da parte de campo de dados do pacote de acesso randómico permite que um usuário gere um pacote que é tão grande quanto o desejado. Além disso, há pouco perigo do pacote resultante colidir com outros pacotes de solicitação de acesso randómico.
