Abstract

Patente de Invenção <B>"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA PROTEçãO DE DADOS DIGITAIS GRAVADOS"<D>. Um método de restringir acesso a dados digitais gravados em um meio de suporte digital (2) usando um circuito integrado, por exemplo, em um cartão inteligente, contendo uma primeira chave de decodificação (Kf), caracterizado por criptografação com uma chave de criptografação (Kf) correspondente de um ou mais elementos do descritor de volume (V) do meio de suporte (2), gravação dos elementos do descritor de volume criptografados juntamente com dados não criptografados no meio de suporte e, quando do acesso ao meio de suporte (2), uso da chave de decodificação (Kf) do circuito integrado para decodificar os elementos criptografados do descritor de volume (V) e fornecer a uma leitora (5) esses elementos, de modo a permitir a leitura e/ou escrita de dados não criptografados no meio de suporte (2).
