A invenção se baseia na tecnologia de liberação de drogas tópica e transdérmica. Particularmente, a presente invenção refere-se a melhora da penetração de drogas aplicadas de modo tópico ou sistêmico e com a redução de irritação da pele que com freq³ência acompanha a liberação de drogas tópica e transdérmica.
