Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO E LANçA DE SOPRO PARA A INSUFLAçãO DE GASES EM RECIPIENTES METALúRGICOS"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a uma lança de sopro para tratamento de fusões especialmente de aço e recipientes RH, metálicas existentes em recipientes de tratamento a vácuo, com o tubo central e um tubo envolvente disposto coaxialmente em relação ao tubo central, podendo o tubo envolvente ser refrigerado por um frigorígeno e tanto o tubo central como também o tubo envolvente estão acoplados em linhas de abastecimento que podem ser unidas com o abastecimento de oxigênio de gás de combustão e de gás inerte, bem como com um conjunto alimentador de substâncias sólidas. No caso, o tubo envolvente resfriado (26) está distanciado do tubo central (22) por todo o seu comprimento, sendo que a relação da face anelar livre (A~ R~) entre os dois tubos (22, 26) apresenta a relação de A~ R~= 0,8 a 1,2 x A~ z~ sendo A~ z~= superfície transversal livre do tubo central, sendo a boca do tubo central configurada em forma com forma do tipo "laval" e a boca do bocal (24) do tubo central
