Abstract

"PROCESSOS PARA PREPARAçãO DE UM COMPOSTO, E PARA PREPARAçãO DE <244>-2-DICLORO-5-[4-(DIFLUOROMETIL)-4,5-DIIDRO-3-METIL- 5-OXO-1H-1,2,4-TRIZOL-1-IL]-4-FLUORO BENZENOPROPANOATO DE ETILA, E, COMPOSTO" Processo para preparação de um herbicida de <244>-2-cloro-5- [4-(difluorometil)-4,5-diidro-3-metil-5-oxo-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-il]-2,4-subs tituído -benzeno-propanoato de alquila, através da reação de <244>-acetil-5-[4-(difluorometil)- 4,5-diidro-3- metil-5-oxo-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-il]-2,4-dissubstituído -benzeno-propanoato de alquila, o Intermediário D, primeiro com hipoclorito de sódio, a seguir com uma base, e recuperação do herbicida. O Intermediário D é preparado pela reação de um 1-(2,4-dissubstituído-5-halofenil)-4-difluorometil-4,5-diidro-3-metil-5-o xo-1H-1,2,4-triazol, o Intermediário B, com um alcanoato de alquila na presença de um catalisador de paládio e uma amina terciária. O Intermediário B é preparado reagindo-se um 1-(fenil-2,4-dissubstituído)-4-difluorometil)-4,5-diidro-3-metil-5-oxo-1H -1,2,4-triazol com um agente de halogenação na presença de um ácido. Os substituintes 2,4- são independentemente selecionados de halo, alquila, cicloalquila, alcoxi, nitro, ou heterciclila.
