Abstract

Patente de invenção:<B>"PROCESSO E INSTALAçãO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UMA TIRA COMPOSTA"<D>. Para a fabricação de uma tira composta de uma tira de velo não-urdido (V), de filamentos de material sintético, e/ou de firbas de material sintético, e de um revestimento de um lado de folha de material sintético (F) na passagem, a tira de velo não-urdido (V) é produzida e é conduzida a uma área de escorregamento (7) de um cilindro composto. A folha de material sintético (F), com auxílio de um bocal de fenda larga (4), cujo bocal de fenda (8) está disposto na área de escorregamento (7) do cilindro composto (3), é produzida de uma fusão do material sintético termoplástico, no estado plástico virgem, em essência, é posta em contato de toque tangencialmente com a tira de velo não-urdido (V) que está sobre o cilindro composto (3), e nesse caso, é carregada eletrostaticamente, com auxílio de um eletrodo de emissão eletrónico (5). Após a saída, o cilindro composto (3) é resfriado a uma temperatura ambiente. No contexto dessas medidas, chega-se a tiras compostas perfeitas, com folhas de material sintético (F) particularmente finas, pelo que a tira composta, após a saída do cilindro composto (3) e antes do resfriamento até a temperatura ambiente, ainda fora do calor composto, é estendida biaxialmente na direção longitudinal e transversal.
