Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"GAXETAS PARA REFRIGERADORES COM UMA PORTA EXTERNA PERFILADA"<D>. Esta invenção refere-se a uma gaxeta (1) feita de um material plástico para caixas de refrigerador e similar, equipadas com uma porta interna (30) e uma porta externa (31) rigidamente conectadas uma na outra por um material de espuma injetado no espaço oco fornecido entre elas para propósitos de isolamento, de um tipo no qual a dita porta externa (31) é perfilada ao longo de um ou mais lados com uma ranhura (10) na área próxima à sua extremidade (13) sobrepondo a dita parte interna (30), onde a dita ranhura (10) funciona como um assento para receber um fixador apropriado (11) da dita gaxeta, e a última é encaixada com uma seção tipo fole (20) feita de um material plástico flexível capaz de fornecer uma vedação de fechamento entre a porta e a caixa (32), e uma base (12) a partir da qual o dito fixador (11) estende-se para a porta externa, caracterizada pelo fato de que a dita base de gaxeta (12) é feita de um material plástico rígido formatado por co-extrusão com o dito material plástico flexível mencionado da parte tipo fole (20) e apresenta uma configuração ligeiramente curvada ou plana, substancialmente horizontal na parte (14) na qual a dita base sobrepõe a extremidade (13) da dita porta externa, enquanto apresenta um configuração ligeiramente curvada ou plana, substancialmente oblíqua ou vertical na parte terminal (15), onde a dita parte (15) da dita base é externamente sobreposta, no mesmo lado da porta interna (30), por uma camada de material flexível co-extrudado com o material rígido da dita base, a partir do qual um elemento de vedação (17) estende-se de modo a encostar operativamente contra a dita porta interna (30), enquanto a camada flexível mencionada (16) pertence à parede lateral da dita parte tipo fole (20).
