Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"CHAPA DOTADA DE UM REVESTIMENTO DE ALUMìNIO RESISTENTE à FISSURAçãO"<D>. O revestimento se subdivide em duas camadas: uma camada interna (7) composta essencialmente de ligas ferro-alumínio-sílico, e uma camada externa (8) mais espessa, composta essencialmente de uma fase à base de alumínio e acessoriamente de outras fases sob a forma de agulhas ou de lâminas alongadas (9); de acordo com a invenção, a projeção do comprimento de todas essas agulhas ou lâminas (9) em uma direção perpendicular ao plano dessa camada externa (8) é estritamente interior à espessura dessa camada (8). Essa estrutura, obtida por tratamento térmico da camada externa a uma temperatura compreendida entre 570 e 660°C, notadamente durante menos de 15 segundos, diminui sensivelmente os riscos de fissuração.
