Abstract

"APARELHO DE EXTENSãO DE PULVERIZAçãO DE ARCO E ELEMENTO DE JATO DE GáS PARA PRODUZIR UMA CORRENTE DE PULVERIZAçãO INCLINADA". Um aparelho de pulverização de arco inclui um corpo de pistola de pulverização com um par de guias de fio convergentes para guiar dois fios metálicos de alimentação para uma região de contato nas pontas de fio onde um arco funde as pontas. Um elemento de jato de gás possui uma projeção que se estende para a frente a partir do corpo de pistola e está desviada lateralmente a partir de um plano de guia definido pelos eixos geométricos dos guias de fio. A projeção possui um orifícios primário para emitir um jato de gás primário dirigido lateralmente para o ponto de contato para atomização do metal em fusão e produção de uma corrente de pulverização formando um ângulo com o plano de guia, de preferência, perpendicular. Uma pluralidade de pelo menos quatro orifícios secundários está espaçada em arco em torno do orifício primário. Os orifícios secundários produzem jatos de gás secundários substancialmente paralelos ao jato primário, de modo que a corrente de pulverização fica restrita pelo jatos de gás secundários.
