Trata-se de um porta-cartzaes giratório, com finalidades publicitárias, informaticas e similares, do tipo que compreende, pelo menos, um corpo principal (a), o qual, apresentando faces (1) contendo composições publicitárias informativas de recepção visual, é montado, por um lado, a um suporte (b), enquando que,pelo outro, dito corpo (a) conecta-se a um dispositivo que o aciona em movimento circular uniforme, dito porta-cartazes incluindo ainda: um centro de rotação (24) do corpo principal (a) que, conectado ao suporte (b) de dito corpo (a), possue um braço radial (19) no qual é montado um motor-redutor (18), cujo eixo suporta uma roda (17), estruturada em material de fricção; e também uma peça anelar (16), fixa à estrutura (10) do corpo principal (a), em disposição concêntrica com o eixo de rotação, cujo raio é equivalente ao do mencionado braço radial (19), dita peça anelar (16) constituindo a pista de apoio (33) para a roda de fricção (17), esta última constituindo o meio de impulsão rotativa para o corpo principal (a) através da própria pista de apoio (33).
