Abstract

<B>APARELHO E MéTODO PARA DISTRIBUIçãO DE MATERIAL TERMOPLáSTICO AQUECIDO<D> Aparelho de distribuição para distribuir material termoplástico aquecido, como adesivo de fusão a calor, especialmente útil em operações de distribuição intermitente. O aparelho inclui um corpo de pistola de distribuição adaptado para conexão a um suprimento de material termoplástico aquecido e incluindo uma saída de descarga de material termoplástico e pelo menos uma passagem de descarga de ar para orientar ar no material termoplástico saindo de saída de descarga de material termoplástico. Uma tubulação de ar tendo pelo menos uma passagem de aquecimento de ar é dotada da passagem de aquecimento de ar se estendendo entre uma entrada e uma saída da mesma e a entrada de ar sendo adaptada para conexão a uma fonte de ar pressurizado. A saída de ar da tubulação se comunica com a passagem de descarga de ar do corpo de pistola. Pelo menos um elemento de aquecimento é termicamente acoplado à tubulação de ar para aquecimento do ar que passa da entrada de ar para a saída de ar da passagem de aquecimento de ar.
