Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "<B>"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA GERAçãO DE TURBULêNCIA DE MATERIAL EM UMA SEçãO DE FORMAçãO FOURDRINIER"<D>. Um método e aparelho para a geração de turbulência em material para desflocular o material em uma seção de formação com superfície aberta de uma máquina de fabricação de papel compreende uma caixa de desidratação produzindo escoamento ajudado por vácuo e que tem um conjunto de elementos de desidratação que concedem turbulência nas camadas de material relativamente espessas em velocidades de operação da máquina de igual até aproximadamente 400 m/min., para a produção de produtos de papel tendo um peso base geralmente excessivo de aproximadamente 160 gsm. Cada conjunto de elementos inclui um elemento de entrada, pelo menos um elemento intermediário, e um elemento traseiro. A trajetória do tecido de formação é desviada para baixo quando ela passa sobre os elementos intermediários, que são inclinados em um ângulo de aproximadamente 0° a aproximadamente 10° de um plano definido pelas superfícies de sustentação do tecido de formação nos elementos de entrada e elevadores. Esse movimento vertical inicia a turbulência e agitação no material, o que age tanto para desflocular o material quanto para diminuir a possibilidade de vedação de folha. O aparelho é utilizável em combinação com outros dispositivos conhecidos de formação e escoamento que ficam localizados a montante ou a jusante para aumentar seu desempenho com camadas mais espessas de material em movimento mais lento.
