Abstract

"ARTIGO DE LIMPEZA DESCARTáVEL E MéTODO PARA FABRICAçãO". Trata-se de um artigo descartável de limpeza com uma folha de formação ou com múltiplas folhas de formação. O artigo descartável de limpeza compreende ao menos uma camada de manta e possui uma topografia de superfície que exibe regiões de calibres mínimo e máximo. Uma rede polimérica contínua que define regiões aglutinadas e uma pluralidade de regiões não-aglutinadas é aglutinada na amada de manta. A rede polimérica contínua é preferivelmente um adesivo termoplástico. Depois da cura, o adesivo termoplástico pode se contrair ao se aquecer, criando assim regiões enrugadas de calibre máximo coincidentes com as regiões não-aglutinadas. O calibre mínimo da camada de manta é coincidente com as regiões aglutinadas. Descreve-se os métodos de fabricação de manta da presente invenção. Um método inclui o fornecimento de uma primeira camada de manta, fornecendo um adesivo termoplástico; aplicando o adesivo termoplástico à primeira camada de manta em uma rede contínua; curando o adesivo termoplástico; e aquecendo o adesivo termoplástico para efetuar a contração do adesivo termoplástico.
