Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>DISPOSITIVO DE ESTAMPAGEM E LAMINAçãO PARA UM MATERIAL DE ROLO DE PAPEL"<D>. A descrição refere-se a um dispositivo para gravar e laminar um material de rolo de papel de dobras múltiplas, compreendendo: um primeiro e segundo cilindro de gravação (1, 3) provido de pontas (1P, 3P), tais dois cilindros de gravação sendo dispostos de eixos paralelos e adjacentes de modo a formar um estreitamento (G) entre eles; um par de rolos de pressão (5,7), cada um dos quais coopera com um dos cilindros de gravação; um aplicador de adesivo (17), associado ao primeiro cilindro de gravação; e um rolo de laminação (13), disposto a jusante do estreitamento (G) entre os cilindros de gravação (1,3) e cooperando com o primeiro cilindro de gravação (1). Visualiza-se também que os planos (P3, P5) que contêm o eixo (1A, 3A) de cada cilindro de gravação (1,3) e o eixo (5A 7A) do rolo de pressão correspondente (5, 7) são ambos inclinados com relação ao plano (P2) que contêm os eixos (1 A, 3 A) dos cilindros de gravação em um ângulo (<244>, <244>') diferente de 0° a 90°; e que o ângulo formado pelo plano (P3) que contém o eixo (1A) do primeiro cilindro de gravação (1) e o eixo (5A) do respectivo rolo de pressão (5) com o plano (P2) que contém os eixos (1 A, 3 A) dos dois cilindros de gravação (1, 3) e dirigido no sentido de tal estreitamento é superior a 90°. Além disso, os dois cilindros de gravação (1, 3) podem ser sincronizados por fase um com o outro de modo a obter a operação usando-se a técnica "encaixada" de "ponta com ponta".
