Abstract
''COMPOSIçõES PARA FORRAçõES''. A presente invenção provê uma forração integral protetora, flexível, compreendendo pelo menos um primeiro polímero que é um interpolímero de etileno/<244>-olefina homogêneo linear ou substancialmente linear tendo uma densidade de 0,850 g/cm³ a 0,920 g/cm³, e pelo menos um segundo polímero que é um interpolímero de etileno/<244>-olefina tendo uma densidade de 0,905 g/cm³ a 0,935 g/cm³, contanto que a densidade do segundo polímero seja pelo menos 0,002 g/cm³ maior que a densidade do primeiro polímero. Em concretizações preferidas, a forração compreenderá ainda um aditivo de resistência à ignição. As forrações da invenção exibem um excelente equilíbrio entre flexibilidade e resistência, e, quando um aditivo de resistência à ignição é empregado, excelente resistência à ignição.
