Abstract
"MáQUINA DE PAPEL E MéTODO PARA FABRICAR PAPEL MACIO" Máquina de papel para fabricar papel macio compreendendo uma seção de prensagem (3) com um mordente de prensagem de sapata, através do qual passam uma correia substancialmente impermeável (16) e um feltro (15) sendo que a folha fibrosa (1) é sanduichada entre eles, um cilindro de secagem (5) e um rolo de transferência (17) formam um mordente para transferir a folha para o cilindro de secagem. De acordo com a presente invenção, a correia (16) compreende um transportador com revestimento polimérico compressível com dureza de 50 a 97 Shore A, cujo revestimento polimérico tem a superfície, em contato com a folha, de grau de rugosidade no estado descarregado R~ z~= 2-80 m, medido de acordo com ISO 4287, e um grau mais baixo R~ z~= 0-20 m quando o revestimento polimérico estiver comprimido por uma carga de 20-220 kN/m na correia, medida com o mordente de prensagem não estendido, a correia e o feltro condutor de folha sendo arranjados para se movimentarem juntos depois de entrarem na seção de prensagem, a correia se movimentando diretamente para a seção de prensagem, a correia se movimentando diretamente para a seção de prensagem.
