Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"CONTROLE E REGULAçãO AUTOMáTICOS DO TEOR DE TENSOATIVOS EM SOLUçõES DE PROCESSO AQUOSAS"<D>. Processo para o controle e regulação automáticos do teor de tensoativos em uma solução de processo, sendo que regulado por programa a) extrai-se de uma solução de processo aquosa uma amostra com um volume previamente definido, b) libera-se a amostra, caso desejado, de sólidos, c) dilui-se com água a amostra, caso desejado, em um cálculo predefinido ou calculada como resultado de um cálculo predeterminado, d) modifica-se o teor de agentes tensoativos por adsorção seletiva, eletroquímica, cromatográfica, por dissociação em compostos voláteis, extração desses compostos voláteis e sua detecção, ou por adição de um reagente que modifica a interação das amostras com radiação eletromagnética proporcionalmente ao teor de agentes tensoativos, e medição da modificação dessa interação, e) armazena-se o resultado da determinação em uma unidade de armazenamento de dados e/ou como base para outros cálculos, e/ou transmite-se o resultado da determinação ou dos outros cálculos para um local remoto. De lá pode-se intervir também no decorrer das determinações. Medidas para monitorar o banho podem segundo critérios predefinidos ser realizadas automaticamente ou sob demanda a partir de um local remoto. O processo reduz o custo com pessoal para controle e monitoração do banho e eleva a segurança do processo.
