Abstract

"APARELHOS E PROCESSOS PARA DETECTAR UMA INCLINAçãO DE ARESTA E PARA PRODUZIR UM PAINEL DE GESSO". A presente invenção fornece um aparelho e processo para detecção de inclinação de aresta que pode monitorar continuamente e de maneira confiável a inclinação de aresta da moldagem de painel de gesso. O aparelho de detecção de inclinação de aresta 1 é fornecido em um aparelho para produzir um painel de gesso para produzir de maneira sucessiva moldagem de painel de gesso W, de modo a detectar a inclinação de aresta <244> da moldagem de painel de gesso. O aparelho de detecção é dotado de uma fonte de luz 2, um dispositivo de captura de imagem CCD 3 e um dispositivo de processamento de imagem 31. A fonte de luz é localizada lateralmente à aresta em oposição a uma face aresta 16 da região aresta da moldagem de painel de gesso, e emite de maneira contínua luz para formação de imagem no sentido da região aresta lateral da moldagem. O aparelho de detecção de inclinação de aresta ainda inclui dispositivo de detecção de posição de aresta 4 e dispositivo móvel de porção de recebimento de luz 5. O dispositivo de detecção de posição de aresta inclui um sensor de posição do tipo de não contato para detectar a distância entre o sensor e a porção aresta, e o dispositivo móvel de porção de recebimento de luz é adaptado para mover o dispositivo de captura de imagem para uma posição desejada na dependência de um resultado de medição do dispositivo de detecção de posição.
