Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE ARTIGOS CELULóSICOS MOLDADOS". Processo para produzir artigos celulósicos moldados, tais como fibras, filamentos, membranas laminadas ou tubos, compreendendo: a) extrusão de uma solução de celulose em óxido de amina aquoso, particularmente N-metilmorfolina N-óxido, através de uma matriz de extrusão via um intervalo de ar e coagulação do artigo moldado em um banho de precipitação aquoso contendo óxido de amina; e, b) passagem do artigo formado através de ao menos um estágio de lavagem para remoção do óxido de amina residual, caracterizado por o licor do banho de precipitação no estágio de precipitação e/ou o licor de lavagem do (s) estágio (s) de lavagem, serem tratados com radiação ultravioleta. Dessa maneira, a formação e crescimento de revestimentos, películas e depósitos de lodo causados pelos microrganismos é evitado em partes da instalação que entram em contato com os ditos licores contendo o óxido de amina.
