Abstract

"FERRAMENTAS DE ENCAIXAR TIRA E MéTODOS" Uma ferramenta portátil para encaixar uma tira de vedação, ajuste ou guia em formato de canal em uma flange de montagem compreende uma caixa de engrenagens (32) que possui uma haste de entrada rodada por um motor adequado e que aciona dois cilindros (38, 400 em direções de rotação contrárias em torno de eixos respectivos (42, 44). Quando o motor é energizado para rodar ao contrário os cilindros (38, 40), a ferramenta á acionada ao longo da tira e os cilindros (38, 400 forçam os lados do canal da tira em contato friccional hermético com a flange. O eixo (42) de um dos cilindros (38) é fixado em relação ao corpo de ferramenta. O outro cilindro (40) é montado em uma sub-armação (84) de modo que seu eixo (440 pode pivotar em torno de um eixo pivó (A) que intercepta com o eixo de rotação (44) daquele cilindro (40). A ferramenta também inclui um terceiro cilindro (52) para engatar o lado de fora da base invertida do canal.
