Abstract

"SISTEMA COMBINADO DE VáLVULA MODULAR PARA SISTEMAS DE AQUECIMENTO DE FLUIDO PARA VEìCULOS" Um sistema combinado de válvula modular para sistemas de aquecimento de fluido de veículos contendo fluidos do tipo aquoso compreende um número de unidades de válvulas (1, 1', 1"). Cada unidade de válvula está associada com um alojamento coletor empilhável (2), com primeiro e segundo furos transpassantes (3, 4). Quando empilhados os diâmetros internos formam um coletor de alimentação de fluido (3) e um coletor de retorno de fluido (4) respectivamente. Cada unidade de válvula (1, 1', 1") compreende um dispositivo de válvula primário (7, 7', 7"). Pelo menos uma das unidades de válvula (1, 1', 1") está conectada com seu alojamento coletor empilhável associado (2) de maneira que seu dispositivo de válvula primário (7, 7', 7") seletivamente pode permitir um fluxo quer do coletor de alimentação de fluido (3) para um circuito externo que é então retornado ao coletor de retorno de fluido (4)quer para o interior do coletor de retorno de fluido (4) proveniente de um circuito externo, que se origina do coletor de alimentação de fluido (3). Pelo menos um dos alojamentos coletores empilháveis (2) apresenta um canal de desvio (9, 9'), conectando o coletor de alimentação de fluido (3) com o coletor de retorno de fluido (4). A unidade de válvula associada com o alojamento coletor de fluido (2) compreende um dispositivo de válvula secundário (10, 10') para permitir um fluxo de desvio através do canal de desvio (9, 9'), quando o dispositivo de válvula primário (7, 7', 7") está fechado e vice versa.
