Abstract

VáLVULA PARA RESERVATóRIO COM BOLSA, UTILIZAçãO DE VáLVULA E PROCESSO DE CONDICIONAMENTO DE PRODUTO A presente invenção trata de uma válvula do tipo que compreende, de um lado, um corpo cilindrocónico (11) que delimita, pelo menos parcialmente, uma câmara (10) destinada a ser conectada por uma primeira extremidade a uma bolsa deformável (P) que forma um reservatório de produto (L) e por uma segunda extremidade a um tubo aspersor (T) dotado de um orifício de admissão (a) e de um obturador, e de outro lado, um flange (12) de fixação estanque sobre uma caixa rígida (B) apta a conter a referida bolsa (P) e um gás (A) sob pressão: sendo a que parede do referido corpo é dotada de pelo menos um orifício (15) de injeção de gás (A) que assegura uma comunicação entre a câmara (10) e a caixa (B) e suscetível de ser obturado de forma estanque por uma parede elasticamente deformável em apoio sobre o referido corpo (11) em torno do referido orifício, caracterizada pelo fato do referido oríficio de injeção (15) ser praticado sobre a parede lateral do referido corpo e da parede elasticamente deformável ser suportada por uma luva (M) em aperto radial sobre o referido corpo (11) e fixado em uma junta anular (J) montada no referido flange (12).
