Abstract
"SENSOR DE UMIDADE E MéTODO PARA DETECTARUMIDADE SOBRE A SUPERFìCIE DE UM MATERIALTRANSPARENTE". Trata-se de um sensor de umidade paradetecção de umidade sobre a superfície de um materialtransparente (20). O sensor de umidade (10) inclui um ou maisemissores (40) para produção de sinais de emissor que sãoinfluenciados por umidade (22) sobre o material transparente, e umou mais detetores (44) para receberem os sinais de emissor. Odetetor produz um sinal de saída de detetor que é filtrado eamplificado num circuito de filtragem e ganho de pré-modulação(60) para remoção de alguns dos componentes de sinaisindesejáveis incluindo ruído de luz ambiente e EMI(Electromagnetic Interference Interferência Eletromagnética). éutilizada filtragem de Processamento de Sinal Digital após o sinalde umidade ser desmodulado para um sinal de corrente contínua(dc) para discernir pequenas alterações de sinal devidas a eventosde umidade na presença de grandes quantidades do ruído criadopelo circuito de ganho de pré-modulação.
