Abstract
"COMPOSIçãO DETERGENTE EM BARRA DE BAIXO TEOR DE MATéRIA GRAXA TOTAL, E, PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UMA BARRA DETERGENTE" Uma composição detergente em barra de baixo teor de matéria graxa total que compreende um tensoativo, de 25 a 70 % de matéria graxa total, de 9 a 16 % em peso de hidróxido de alumínio coloidal e de 12 a 52 % de água. A invenção também compreende um processo para preparar uma barra detergente que compreende um tensoativo, de 25 a 70 % de matéria graxa total, de 0,5 a 20 % de hidróxido de alumínio coloidal e de 15 a 52 % de água, que compreende as etapas de reagir um ou mais ácidos graxos ou gorduras com aluminato de sódio com um teor de sólido de 20 a 55 % em que a razão de Al~ 2~O~ 3~ para Na~ 2~O está na região de 0,5 a 1,55:1 para obter uma mistura de hidróxido de alumínio e sabão em uma temperatura entre 40° C e 95° C, adicionar uma quantidade pré determinada de água à mistura de hidróxido de alumínio e sabão, adicionar quaisquer outros aditivos menores e converter o produto em barras.
