Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA FABRICAR UMA ESTRUTURA DE CARCAçA PARA PNEUS DE VEìCULO, ESTRUTURA DE CARCAçA PARA PNEUS DE VEìCULO, E, PNEU PARA RODAS DE VEìCULO" Uma lona de carcaça (3) é formada colocando sobre um suporte toroidal (11) uma primeira e uma segunda série de seções (13, 14) que são alternadas uma com a outra e tem porções laterais (13a, 14a) que terminam em lados opostos em relação a primeiras porções primárias de estruturas de reforço anelares (4) nos talões. Uma segunda lona (3a) é formada da mesma maneira que a primeira lona, com uma terceira e uma quarta série de seções alongadas (15, 16) que se superpõem às segundas porções primárias (4b) das estruturas de reforço anelares (4) sobre lados opostos. As seções que formam as primeira e segunda lonas de carcaça (3a, 3b) são colocadas em planos de deposição respectivos (N, N') deslocados paralelamente sobre lados opostos em relação a um plano meridiano (P) do suporte toroidal (11), e tem porções laterais reciprocamente cruzadas (13a, 14a, 15a, 16a) e porções de coroa colocadas radialmente (13b, 14b, 15b, 16b). Porções adicionais (24) das estruturas anelares são aplicadas às abas extremas (20a) das seções (14) que pertencem à quarta série.
