Um dispositivo emissor de elétrons (37) compreendendo uma bobina primária e uma secundária enroladas sobre um núcleo I, um núcleo E combinado com o núcleo I, e um único terminal de saída (41) estendendo-se de uma extremidade da bobina secundária. Um eletrodo emissor de elétrons (38) compreendendo um tubo de aço inoxidável (31), um condutor revestido de isolador (33) inserido no tubo, e pó de turmalina (32) preenchendo o vão entre o tubo e o condutor.
