Abstract
"sistema e método de desintegração de formulação em pó para inaladores de pó seco". a presente invenção refere-se a um mecanismo de desintegração para inaladores de pó seco, cujo propósito é o aumento da eficácia da aplicação de formulações médias em pó. o referido mecanismo compreende uma câmara de circulação de ar substancialmente cilíndrica (3) com uma altura sendo menor do que o seu diâmetro e pelo menos dois canais de suprimento de ar (2, 9), que entram na câmara (3) como tangentes a sua parede cilíndrica (5) em lados geralmente opostos dessa parede (5), adequados para criar um padrão circular de fluxo de ar no interior da câmara (3), ambos os canais de ar (2, 9) tendo entradas diferentes ou, alternativamente, compartilhando a mesma entrada, que é dividida, de modo a ter uma passagem (2) para atravessar a região de medição de dose ou de fornecimento de dose do inalador, para permitir a quantidade de pó de uma dose única arrastada para a câmara de circulação (3) pela circulação de ar através dessa passagem (2) e a outra passagem para servir como um canal de desvio (9) em direção à câmara de circulação (3) adequada para acelerar as partículas e criar um padrão de fluxo mais simétrico no interior do referido conduto de ar (3) e um método.
