"estrutura de montagem de dispositivo de trava de assento e de trilho de agarramento em motocicletas". de modo a simplificar a estrutura de uma motocicleta por meio da montagem de um dispositivo de trava de assento em uma estrutura de corpo de veículo juntamente com um trilho de agarramento, é provida uma motocicleta tendo um dispositivo de trava de assento 26, que pode travar o estado fechado de um assento de passageiro 21, e um trilho de agarramento 27 montado junto na porção traseira de uma estrutura de corpo de veículo 1, que suporta o assento 21 de modo a poder abrir e fechar, o dispositivo de trava de assento 26 e o trilho de agarramento 27 ficam presos na estrutura de corpo de veículo 1 juntos por meio de um parafuso comum 31 na posição coberta por uma chapa de fundo 21 a do assento 21.
