Abstract
"comprimido revestido com filme compreendendo um extrato de folhas de vinha vermelha". a presente invenção refere-se a um comprimido revestido com filme compreendendo os seguintes constituintes: a) pelo menos 50% em peso de um extrato seco de folhas vermelhas de vinha, que é obtenível por extração de folhas vermelhas de vinha com água e secagem; b) até 50% em peso de um excipiente consistindo essencialmente em pelo menos um aglutinante, pelo menos um desintegrante, pelo menos um material de enchimento, e um lubrificante; e c) um filme de comprimido consistindo essencialmente em um formador de filme, um plastificante, um agente de revestimento, e opcionalmente um agente corante. além disso, a invenção refere-se a um extrato aquoso de folhas vermelhas de vinha que é obtenível através de um processo compreendendo as etapas de: a) coleta de folhas vermelhas de vinha em um ponto de tempo quando o teor em flavonóides atingiu um ótimo; b) secagem e trituração de folhas; c) corte de folhas em pedaços; d) extração de folhas com água em temperaturas elevadas por 6 a 10 horas; e) concentração e secagem de extrato obtido, e adição de até 10% em peso de um regulador de fluxo durante a relação para a quantidade total final do resultante extrato durante o processo de secagem (e).
