Abstract

"PNEUMáTICO DE BORRACHA TENDO TIRA DE BORRACHA TENDO ELEMENTO ELETRICAMENTE CONDUTOR LIGADO à SUA SUPERFìCIE INTERNA". Um pneumático de borracha pré-curado de forma toroidal aberta, tendo uma tira de borracha pré-curada, compreendida de pelo menos um elastómero e que contém pelo menos um elemento eletricamente condutor, ligado adesivamente a uma superfície interna da cavidade do pneu. O adesivo é um polissiloxano RTV, compreendido de um polissiloxano terminado em hidroxila (terminado em silanol) e um agente de reticulação. O adesivo é aplicado como uma camada, ou revestimento, dele em uma superfície da dita tira de borracha pré-curada e/ou em uma superfície interna pré-curada correspondente do dito pneu pré-curado, e a tira de borracha pré-curada revestida resultante e a superfície interna do dito pneu pré-curado unidas com a dita camada de adesivo entre eles, e o adesivo deixado curar e, desse modo, ligando a dita tira na dita superfície interna do pneu. Em um aspecto da invenção, a dita tira é uma tira de borracha pré-curada anular ligada à superfície interna do pneu na sua região da corda ou à dita superfície interna do pneu, circunferencial com e próxima da periferia da cavidade aberta do pneu. Em outro aspecto da invenção, a dita superfície interna do pneu é de uma configuração texturizada e contém, opcionalmente, um revestimento fino nela de um material de polissiloxano. Em um outro aspecto da invenção, a dita tira de borracha pré-curada contém um transdutor ligado indutiva e/ou eletricamente ao(s) dito(s) elemento(s) eletricamente condutor(es), por exemplo, uma antena filiforme, contida na dita tira de borracha.
