Abstract

"SUPORTES PARA ESPIRA DE MOLA DE SUSPENSãO MAC PHERSON". A presente invenção refere-se a um conjunto de suspensão Mac Pherson, o qual tem um cilindro hidráulico com uma câmara de fluido. Um pistão é arranjado na câmara e uma haste se estende a partir do pistão. Um assento de mola inferior é suportado sobre o cilindro hidráulico e um assento de mola superior é suportado sobre a haste. Uma mola espiral é arranjada entre os assentos de mola, para produzir um carregamento elástico desejado. Em uma modalidade, um isolador complacente, que tem um perfil inclinado, é arranjado sobre o assento de mola inferior para produzir um carregamento elástico desigual. Em uma outra modalidade, um isolador de assento de mola pode incluir materiais de rigidez diferente para produzir carregamento elástico desigual. Um isolador pode também ser utilizado entre espiras da mola, de modo que a compressão sobre um lado da mola seja mais limitada do que do lado oposto, para produzir carregamento desigual.
