Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A REMOçãO DE UM DEPóSITO DE UMA COBERTURA CERâMICA EM UM ORIFìCIO SUPERFICIAL DE UM COMPONENTE". Um processo para a remoção de depósitos cerâmicos (22) de um orifício superficial (12) em um componente (10), um exemplo particular sendo porções de uma cobertura cerâmica (20) depositadas na superfície (16) de um componente (10) equipado com orifícios de refrigeração (12). O processo faz uso de um laser de ND:YAG pulsante operado com parâmetros que evitam a 'deslaminação', a formação de fissuras, e de qualquer forma danos na cobertura cerâmica (20) que envolve um orifício de refrigeração (12). O laser é operado para gerar um feixe de laser (24) que remova parte do depósito cerâmico (22) do orifício (12) enquanto que uma porção residual do depósito cerâmico (22) permanece envolvendo o orifício (12) para definir uma abertura de superfície.
