Abstract

"UNIDADE DE CILINDROS PUXADORES E PROCESSO DE CONTROLAR A OPERAçãO DOS DITOS CILINDROS PUXADORES EM UMA LAMINADORA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma unidade de cilindros puxadores quer para propelir quer para retardar um produto em deslocamento ao longo da linha de passe de uma laminadora que compreende um par de alavancas montadas para rotação em torno de primeiros eixos geométricos paralelos. Os eixos de cilindros são suportados pelas alavancas com cada eixo de cilindro sendo montado para rotação em torno de um segundo eixo geométrico paralelo ao primeiro eixo geométrico de sua respectiva alavanca, Os cilindros puxadores são suportados pelos eixos de cilindro e são posicionados para definir um intervalo entre eles para receber o produto. Um primeiro motor movido à força elétrica opera através de uma articulação para girar as alavancas em torno de primeiros eixos geométricos e mover os cilindros puxadores entre posições abertas espaçadas do produto, e posições fechadas contatando e apertando o produto entre eles. Um segundo motor movido à força elétrica aciona de forma rotativa os cilindros puxadores.
