Abstract
"UTENSìLIO DOMéSTICO PARA EXTRAçãO MANUAL DE POLPA DE FRUTAS, LEGUMES, TUBéRCULOS E SIMILARES". Patente de Invenção de utensílio doméstico para corte e extração manual de polpa de frutas, legumes, tubérculos e similares, compreendido pelo cabo (1), de formato cilíndrico e anatómico, que se prolonga através da haste (2), que se liga à concha (3) de formato oval e dotada de gume serrilhado em toda a sua borda, possuindo concavidade mais acentuada que a colher convencional para melhor se amoldar aos alimentos previamente partidos ao meio ou cortados no formato definido pelo usuário. Através do uso do referido utensílio doméstico, obtém-se, num mesmo processo manual, prática, rápida e perfeita separação entre as polpas, substâncias e sementes, do restante do alimento, resultando em total aproveitamento de ambas as partes, auxiliando no trabalho de preparação de sucos e no uso culinário de alimentos a serem recheados.
