Abstract

"EQUIPAMENTO RESFRIADOR DE GRãOS E SEMENTES". Equipamento elétrico para resfriamento artificial de grãos e sementes, móvel ou estacionário, composto por sistema de compressão mecânica de gás refrigerante, ventiladores axiais e centrífugo, serpentinas aletadas, gabinete, chassi, controle automático de fluxo de gás refrigerante e sistema de automação eletro/eletrónico, que permitem manter sob controle as propriedades do ar gerado pelo mesmo e a ser utilizado no processo de resfriamento de grãos e sementes. Permite que a temperatura de ar gerado se mantenha constante ou inferior ao ajustado no set-point do controlador, independentemente das condições atmosféricas local. O Equipamento resfriador de grãos e sementes objeto deste pedido pode ser aplicado a silos onde o produto permanece estacionário ou na linha de beneficiamento, ou em lugar apropriado que permita a injeção de ar frio, por tempo suficiente, no entorno de cada semente em movimento. A sua função notadamente consiste em reduzir a temperatura das sementes e grãos para níveis entre 6 a 17 oC, para preservar suas qualidades sanitárias e fisiológicas.
