Abstract

"SISTEMA DE FECHAMENTO DE FORNO POçO". Compreendendo a utilização de duas vigas e vários vergalhões atravessados sobre a borda do forno e apoiados sobre ditas vigas, sendo que para tampar o forno são utilizados pedaços de manta de tecido para alta temperatura, ou uma espécie de caixa em tela de inox dobrada e preenchida com restos de manta, ou ainda por uma tampa bi-partida com mantas fixadas na mesma e um recorte para passar a parte superior do dispositivo de suporte das peças que é do tipo "gaiola" e suspenso dentro do forno apoiado nas duas vigas, não encostando no piso do forno, e dito forno sendo aquecido por meio de termopares que poderão estar em contato com a peça adentrando a boca do forno ou soltos, tendo as suas extremidades de aquecimento na direção central de cada zona de aquecimento (barra de termopares), e por ter prevista uma variante com aquecimento a óleo e tendo formato retangular, revestido com tijolos refratários fixados com pinos de inox com uma extremidade soldada na chapa do forno e a outra parte soldada numa chapa quadrada que poderá conter uma possível movimentação das paredes verticais do forno, podendo os queimadores serem alimentados com óleo diesel ou com óleo combustível viscoso.
