Abstract

"FORNO DE RECOZIMENTO DO TIPO COIFA ESPECIALMENTE PARA TIRA DE AçO E FEIXES DE ARAME". A presente invenção descreve um forno de recozimento do tipo coifa, especialmente para tira de aço ou feixes de arame, com uma base de recozimento (1) para o recebimento do material (7) a ser recozido, uma coifa de proteção (8) que é colocada sobre o forno de uma maneira hermética a gás, um soprador radial (2) preso na base de recozimento (1) compreendendo uma roda de lâmina (3), e um aparelho de guia (5) que encerra a roda de lâmina (3) de modo a circular um gás protetor na coifa de proteção (8), um trocador térmico (11) para o resfriamento do gás protetor, cujo trocador térmico (11) é conectado ao lado de entrada por meio de um conduto de fluxo (13) com o lado de pressão do soprador radial (2) e se abre no lado de saída de uma abertura anular (12) entre o aparelho de guia (5) e a coifa de proteção (8), e um dispositivo de deflexão que se desloca no sentido axial para a trajetória de fluxo lateral de pressão do soprador radial (2) para uma conexão opcional ao soprador radial (2) do conduto de fluxo (13) que se conduz para o trocador térmico (11). A fim de prover condições de construção simples, é proposto que a coifa de proteção (8) seja mantida de uma maneira hermética a gás por meio de um flange anular (9), que o trocador térmico (11) fique disposto abaixo do flange anular (9), que o conduto de fluxo (1 3) consista em um conduto anular (14) que parte da circunferência externa do aparelho de guia (5) e é concêntrico à abertura anular (12), e que o dispositivo de deflexão seja disposto como uma corrediça de deflexão anular (18) que encerra o aparelho de guia (5) no lado externo.
