Abstract

"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA PRODUçãO DE áCIDO FOSFóRICO". Por via úmida, mediante o ataque de fosfatos com ácido sulfúrico; consiste de um sistema reacional de três reatores em série, subdivididos em duas zonas de processamento - ataque e maturação integrados a um sistema de resfriamento por circulação de polpa fosfórica; neste aparelho de produção de ácido fosfórico é possível a alimentação de dois ou mais fosfatos, de forma isolada ou simultaneamente; este processo de fabricação de ácido fosfórico, desenvolvido inteiramente no Brasil, é dotado de flexibilidade para processar os fosfatos que apresentem amplas variações em suas características mineralógicas, químicas e físicas, como ocorre com os fosfatos brasileiros.
