Abstract

"CONJUNTO DE LUVA DE CORPO DE CARRETEL DE PERFURAçãO". A patente de invenção refere-se ao conjunto de luva de corpo de carretel de perfuração, que compreende uma luva de teste instalada removivelmente dentro de um corpo de carretel de perfuração tendo um furo com as extremidades de terminais do diâmetro externo da luva de teste encaixando vedavelmente a parede de furo. O conjunto de luva também compreende uma bucha de desgaste instalada removivelmente no furo entre a parede de furo e a luva de teste. A luva de teste é de espessura suficiente para testar quanto à pressão as saídas, orifícios e válvulas do corpo de carretel parte da perfuração e da produção. A luva de teste veda o furo do exterior do corpo de carretel durante a testagem quanto à pressão. Após os testes quanto à pressão serem completados, a luva de teste é removida do corpo de carretel, deixando a bucha de desgaste no lugar. A bucha de desgaste protege a parede de furo, as saídas, os orifícios e as válvulas ao mesmo tempo em que permite que equipamento, tal como equipamento de perfuração e de cabeça de poço passe através do corpo de carretel. Após o poço ser perfurado e as colunas de revestimento serem instaladas, a bucha de desgaste é removida do corpo de carretel para permitir a instalação dos tubos de produção e do suspensor de produção dentro do corpo de carretel.
