Abstract
"PROCESSO DE OBTENçãO DE SILìCIO GRAU SOLAR, PARTINDO DO SILìCIO GRAU METALúRGICO". Refere-se o presente pedido a um processo para obtenção do silício grau solar a partir da purificação do silício grau metalúrgico. As etapas de processamento incluem estágios de purificação química, física e por ação de um campo de indução eletromagnético; além da oxidação e evacuação das impurezas, pela ação de um plasma térmico e solidificação direcional, podendo estes estágios ocorrerem simultaneamente ou não, ou ainda, podendo ocorrer todas as etapas ou não em seq³ências variadas com o objetivo de otimizar o processo. Este processo apresenta diversas vantagens em relação ao estado da arte, podendo-se citar algumas: rota alternativa de obtenção do silício grau solar, ampliação das fontes de feedstock para a indústria fotovoltaica, possibilidade de produção de silício grau solar a custos viáveis mundialmente, garantia de maior disponibilidade de matéria-prima para a produção de células solares, fortalecimento do mercado de geração de energia por meio de fontes renováveis e sustentáveis, etc."PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING SOLAR DEGREE SILENCE FROM METALURGICAL DEGREE SILENCE". This application relates to a process for obtaining solar grade silicon from the purification of metallurgical grade silicon. The processing steps include stages of chemical, physical and action purification of an electromagnetic induction field; In addition to the oxidation and evacuation of impurities by the action of a thermal plasma and directional solidification, these stages may occur simultaneously or not, or may occur all stages or not in varying sequences in order to optimize the process.
