Abstract
"MéTODO PARA A APLICAçãO DE COBERTURAS AMBIENTAIS E DE COLAGEM A PARTES DE GUIA DE FLUXO DE TURBINAS". Método para a cobertura de um artigo tal como um envoltório (10) de um motor tipo turbina com uma cobertura ambiental ou de adesão, tal como uma composição MCrAIY, para produzir uma superfície acabada apta ao desbaste até as dimensões e especificações predeterminadas. O método para aplicar uma cobertura ambiental ou de adesão utiliza um processo de pulverização térmica tal como oxi-combustível de hiper velocidade (HVOF) para produzir uma cobertura (16) espessa e razoavelmente uniforme, a qual pode ser desbastada até as dimensões desejadas, enquanto ainda fornece as características chave de qualidade necessárias para proteger a parte (10) recoberta das altas temperaturas, e das atmosferas oxidantes e corrosivas, e permitir a aplicação de coberturas de barreira térmica de vida longa.
