Abstract

"PROCESSO DE MONTAGEM PARA DISPOSITIVO DE FECHAMENTO DE PORTAS E DISPOSITIVO RESULTANTE". A presente invenção refere-se a um desenvolvimento de um processo de montagem para dispositivo de fechamento de portas e dispositivo resultante, utilizado em mola de fechamento de portas. O presente relatório se refere a um processo de montagem inédito e original que resulta em um dispositivo para fechamento de porta e se dá do seguinte modo: primeiramente introduz-se o conjunto came (3), no interior da base (9), através da abertura (20). Introduz-se o conjunto eixo (8), no interior da base (9), através da abertura (10) até que ocorra o encaixe do pino de conexão (11) na usinagem interna (5) do êmbolo (1). Gira-se o conjunto eixo (8) 90<198> travando o pino de conexão (11) na usinagem interna (5). A união do conjunto eixo (8) ao conjuntor do came (3), no interior da base (9), é garantida pela introdução da trava de segurança (12), que é dotada de furo (13), através da abertura (20), fixando-a no pino (11) sob o corte (6), permitindo a perfeita união do sistema. O conjunto eixo (8) é composto do êmbolo (1) e o eixo (2). O êmbolo (1) é dotado de rosca interna (4), de usinagem interna (5), em todo o seu diâmetro interno, e de corte (6). O eixo (2) é caracterizado por possuir a rosca externa (7). A conexão do êmbolo (1) ao eixo (2) se dá através da rosca interna (4) e rosca externa (7), e rebaixo (21). A conexão do êmbolo (1) ao eixo (2) se dá através do aperto, com auxílio de chave sobre o rebaixo (21), entre a rosca interna (4) e rosca externa (7), formando o conjunto do eixo (8) a ser pré-montado externamente à base (9). O conjunto do came (3) é composto por um pino de conecção (11), facetado em suas extremidades, um came (15), rolamentos (14), pinos de fixação (16), bucha de freio (18), tala superior (17) e tala inferior (19). A pré-montagem destas peças também se dá externamente à base (9), formando o conjunto came (3).
