Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA FABRICAçãO DE TELHA PRENSADA E PRODUTO RESULTANTE". FOR MANUFACTURE OF PRESSED TILE AND RESULTANT PRODUCT". Refers to a process that uses materials considered to be pollutants of nature, such as waste or waste from papermaking, known as fresh cellulose sludge, which is added to the waste of fresh mineral coal, while simultaneously using the proposed process. the initial high-strength cement and a waterproofing and grip accelerating additive, so the resulting product, ie the pressed tile, is intended for the building construction to cover buildings in general, producing the thick pressed tile 10 mm, in black or dark gray colors, with one side being smooth and the other side with indentations and structure shoulders, with the pressed tile absorbing factor approximately 15% and flexural strength approximately 750N, and the Their faces receive polyester paint or synthetic enamel.
