Abstract
"SUPLEMENTO ALIMENTAR PARA NUTRIçãO ORAL OU ENTERAL DE PACIENTE ACOMETIDO POR úLCERA DE PRESSãO E PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO". Trata-se de um composto nutricional, de uso oral ou enteral, em pó instantâneo, composto pelos ingredientes maltodextrina, caseinato de cálcio, proteínas do soro do leite, triglicerídeos de cadeia média, I-arginina, óleo de girassol, óleo de canola, sais minerais (potássio, cloreto, fósforo, cálcio, sódio, magnésio, rnolibdênio, cromo, iodo, selênio, zinco, ferro, cobre), vitaminas (vitamina A, colina, ácido fólico, vitamina K~ 1~, vitamina C, biotina, niacinamida, vitamina E, vitamina D~ 3~, ácido pantotênico, vitamina B~ 12~, vitamina B~ 6~, riboflavina, tiamina), aroma natural e estabilizante lecitina de soja e o respectivo processo de industrialização que inicia-se com o controle de qualidade da matéria-prima, por via da determinação microbiológica e químico-nutricional dos componentes, para em seguida serem estes pesados eletronicamente e mixados em equipamento misturador, onde é feita a deposição dos ingredientes liquidos, sendo a mistrura homogenea assim formada, transportada até um silo-pulmão, onde é pesada e envazada automaticamente, havendo ainda, a cada lote, uma separação de amostras, que são submetidas a rigorosos controles de qualidade microbiológica químico-nutricional.
