Abstract

"ARRANJO DE MANCAL AXIAL MAGNéTICO". Em compressor hermético alternativo compreendendo: um bloco de cilindro (20) carregando um cilindro (30) e um cubo de mancal radial (40); um eixo de manivela (50), montado através do cubo de mancal radial (40), fixando um rotor (61) de um motor elétrico (60) e incorporando uma flange periférica (51) e uma porção excêntrica (52), dito arranjo compreendendo pelo menos um conjunto de mancal axial magnético (100), formado por um par de elementos de imã (101) mutuamente confrontantes, um elemento de imã (101) de cada par sendo montado em uma respectiva parte de pelo menos um dos pares de partes definidas pelo eixo de manivela (50) e bloco de cilindro (20), pelo bloco de cilindro (20) e rotor (61) ou ainda pelo eixo de manivela (50) e mancal externo (120), as partes de pelo menos um par de partes carregando respectivos batentes mecânicos confrontantes e afastados entre si por uma folga axial (FA) menor do que uma folga axial magnética (FM) a ser mantida entre os elementos de imã (100) de um conjunto de mancal axial magnético (100), de forma a garantir que, quando da ocorrência de pelo menos uma das condições definidas por uma elevação de temperatura do compressor suficientemente alta e um deslocamento axial das ditas partes durante o transporte do compressor, provocando o assentamento mútuo entre os batentes mecânicos confrontantes, a folga axial magnética (FM) seja mantida superior a zero.
