Abstract

"COMPRESSOR ALTERNATIVO". Sendo que a presente invenção compreende um compressor alternativo que é capaz de evitar que uma bucha, provida entre uma haste excêntrica e um furo de montagem de uma haste excêntrica de uma barra de conexão, seja deformada. O compressor alternativo inclui uma haste rotativa girada por uma unidade de acionamento que gera uma força rotacional. Uma haste excêntrica é girada de forma excêntrica pela haste rotativa. Um pistão retorna através de uma força transmitida da haste excêntrica, assim comprimindo um gás refrigerante. Uma barra de conexão tem, em uma extremidade, um furo de montagem da haste excêntrica para que a haste excêntrica seja montada na ponta da barra de conexão, e converte um movimento rotativo da haste excêntrica em um movimento alternado para alternar o pistão. Uma bucha é colocada entre o furo de montagem da haste excêntrica e a haste excêntrica para preencher um espaço entre o furo de montagem da haste excêntrica e a haste excêntrica, com um furo dobradiço sendo provido em uma porção predeterminada da bucha para permitir que a haste excêntrica seja encaixada de forma rotativa no furo dobradiço. Um recesso de montagem é provido em um dos furos de montagem da haste excêntrica e a bucha, e uma projeção de encaixe é provida no furo de montagem da haste excêntrica e da bucha remanescente para se acoplar com o recesso de encaixe através de um processo de encaixe por pressão.
