Abstract
"PROCESSOS DE OBTENçãO E UTILIZAçãO DE EXTRATOS, FRAçõES E SUBSTâNCIAS ISOLADAS DE ESPéCIES DE COPAìFERA NO TRATAMENTO DA URINáRIA EM SERES HUMANOS E EM ANIMAIS". Compreendendo as seguintes etapas: a) secagem das partes aéreas, folhas e ramos de espécies de copaífera em estufa de ar quente e circulante a 40<198>C; b) moagem do material seco em moinho de facas até obtenção de pó fino; c) extração por maceração a frio ou a quente, em água ou solução hidroalcoólica 7:3 em etanol; d) filtração dos extratos em lona de filtração para separação da torta vegetal; e) liofilização do extrato aquoso; O concentração do extrato hidroalcoólico em concentradores sob pressão reduzida; g) fracionamento dos extratos brutos, obtidos das partes aéreas de espécies de Copaífera ou a partir do óleo bruto de copaíba, através de processos de filtração em colunas empacotadoras com fases estacionárias a base de sílica gel ou; h) obtenção das frações ricas nos princípios ativos por processos de partição líquido-líquido a partir do extrato hidroalcoólico dos ramos das espécies de Copaífera, utilizando-se hexano, clorofórmio e n-butanol em sequência; i) fracionamento da fração em hexano, utilizando-se coluna líquida contendo sílica gel e eluição com hexano e misturas de hexano - acetato de etila em ordem crescente de polaridade para isolamento dos sesquiterpenos; j) fracionamento da fração em clorofórmio, utilizando-se coluna líquida contendo sílica gel e eluição com hexano, diclorometano e metanol em ordem crescente de polaridade para isolamento dos diterpenos dos tipos clerodano, labdano e derivados pouco polares do ácido cinâmico; k) fracionamento do extrato butanólico, utilizando-se coluna líquida contendo sílica gel e modificada com a adição de ácido acético e eluição com misturas de diclorometano e metanol, para isolamento dos diterpenos ácidos e derivados polares do ácido cinâmico.
